If you sign up, Chad Ray Thorne stores your email address, signup time, consent record, and subscription status to send music release announcements and occasional artist updates. Signup is optional. Your email is not displayed publicly or sold.

You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in an email, or request removal by emailing hello@chadraythorne.com. An unsubscribed status is retained to prevent accidental re-enrollment. To rejoin after unsubscribing, contact Chad.

Listening analytics

The site records the release played, a random identifier for that play, listening milestones, the day, and a broad source such as Instagram or direct. It does not create a listener account, store an analytics cookie, or use a persistent cross-visit identifier. Listening records are kept for up to 90 days, with cleanup when new events arrive.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable these measurements. You can also change this browser’s preference below; the preference is stored on this device.

Hosting and abuse prevention

The site runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These hosting services process connection information to deliver and protect the site and may set security cookies. The site uses a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit abusive submissions; it does not put your IP address in its listening records. Those limit records expire within two hours and are removed during later submissions.
